Walgreens Trips Monday, Nov. 15th, 2010

Well, I dragged my husband along on a couple of Walgreen's couponing adventures yesterday.  He was a good sport but I'm not sure he got as much joy out of it as I did ;-).  He certainly does enjoy the savings, though. :-)  We ended up going to two Walgreen's stores because a checker at the first store wouldn't allow adding two manufacturer's coupons to one of the B1G1Free deals.  This is the first time I've had any problem with this.  I also see that the Walgreens Coupon Policy (from their website) clearly states that this is allowed:

Buy One, Get One Free Coupons
  • When items are featured in a Buy One, Get One Free promotion, up to two coupons can be used against the items being purchased, as long as the net price does not go below zero for the items being purchased.
  • Sales tax must be paid for any Buy One, Get One Free coupon offers, if required by applicable state laws.
Next time, I'll be bringing a copy of their policy along to share & educate.

The second store had no problem following their stated policy.
