+ 2 boxes of butter (not pictured)
I had a fun trip to Hy-Vee today, during their special "1-Day Sale" (Friday 12/17/2010). I really stocked up on meat here, and got some great deals on both the meat and the pizza! (see below). There are more great deals at Hy-Vee today and through Saturday 12/18. If you'd like to see more, visit my post titled: HyVee Deals 12/12 - 12/18, 2010
Here's what I chose to buy today:
4-32 oz. Hy-Vee Cottage Cheese, $.99 each (today only)

2-boxes of 4 sticks unsalted butter (not pictured), $1.69 each (today only, limit 2)
= $1.69 each This is a great deal on butter these days!
6- 12" Palermo's Classics Pizzas, $2.00 each (today only)
+ six $1/1 Palermo's printable coupon

2-Midwest Country Fare Spaghetti Sauce, $.88 each

1-2.83 lb. Blue Ribbon Beef Boneless Bottom Round Roast, $2.99/lb.

2-Hormel Always Tender Whole Boneless Pork Loin, $1.59/lb (today only, limit 2 pkgs)
...the first was 7.98 lbs which should have equaled $12.69 but rang up as $8.10!
...the second was 8.8 lbs which should have equaled $13.99 but rang up as $8.93!
= $1.01/lb another Whoohooo! However, I realized during the check out that I should have brought along two of the the $1/1 Hormel Always Tender coupons that I posted about yesterday to get $1.00 additional off of each of these! (which would have made this $.89/lb!) Go get some if you can!
TOTAL Spent: $53.12
