  1. Keep in mind that the $5 General Mills gas promo is not going to double up with your cereal deal easily: that instant $10 that they take off counts against you! You really need $30+ of stuff, THEN they take the instant $10 so you still have $20.

Also - the spend $15 and get $5 back is $15 AFTER coupons, not before. Things are worded poorly in the ads and are not ringing up in our favor
    :(

  2. Oh, yes....tricky! Thanks! I get the first part of your comment "the instant $10 that they take off counts against you" since it seems the register calculates the required subtotal after store sales & coupons but before manufacturer's coupons (in my experience). However, where did you hear about the "spend $15 and get $5 back promotion being AFTER coupons?" That doesn't seem as typical.

  3. All the Rainbow shoppers have been complaining about not getting it...and are told by their store service people that it was $15 SPENT not $15 in Products....

A lot of very unhappy people...check out the comments on the Rainbow/Roundy's thread on Pocket Your Dollars.
    =)
