Copps Trip 2/26/11...100% OFF! + $0.26 MONEYMAKER!

Copps Trip 1/26/11...$0.26 MONEYMAKER!
Fun little Copps trip this morning!  I actually made money buying these items!  OK, I've been doing this for about 9 months now, but I'm still amazed each and every time, with how much $ can be saved with coupons!  It's crazy!

As my husband has said in a quirky little haiku he made up recently:

Saving is virtue.
Paying retail? Last resort.
Coupons are money.

 "Coupons are money!"...so true!
Why on earth did we ignore them for so long???

Here's what I chose to buy today:

1-gallon Roundy's milk, $2.29
+ used $3.25 milk coupon from my last trip
= $0.96 MONEYMAKER!

1-Coffeemate Hazelnut Creamer, 32 oz., $3.35
+ used FREE Coffeemate coupon (from Facebook deal a while back), no longer available
= FREE!

1-Silk Soy Milk with DHA, $2.50
+ used $1/1 printable coupon, doubled
= $0.50

1-Roundy's eggs, dozen,  $0.99
+ used $1.75 egg coupon from my last trip
= $0.76 MONEYMAKER!

1-Smuckers Low Sugar Grape Jam, $2.29
+ used $1/1 printable coupon (no longer available for printing), doubled
= $0.29

1-Smuckers Low Sugar Orange Jam, $2.69
+ used $1/1 printable coupon (no longer available for printing), doubled
= $0.69

2-Rhodes Rolls (one whole wheat & one multi-grain), $2.00 each
+ used two $1/1 printable coupons, doubled
= FREE!

1-Poise Liners, 36 ct. (for our sweet little senior dog), $1.98
+ used coupon from cut back coupon booklet to get sale price
+ used $2/1 catalina print out coupon I received on my last trip
= FREE!

1-$5 Copps Gift Card to be sure my total was at least $25 before manufacturer coupons, so my coupons would double.

TOTAL Spent:  $4.74 + tax - $5 gift card - 0.26 MONEYMAKER!
I actually used the $10 gift card from my last trip to pay the $4.74 + tax for this trip, too!
Total SAVED:  $24.79 (100% +!) ~What a nice way to start the weekend! :-)
