Quick trip to Walgreens today: I saved 88%! See how I did this in five transactions, below. For those of you who know me, if you're wondering why on earth I'm buying Poligrip, well, this was a $1.00 moneymaker purchase...the actual product will be going to charity. :-) To see more details about the coupons used in these transactions, visit my prior post: Walgreens Deals Week of 2/27/11 - 3/5/11!:
Transaction #1:
1-Motrin PM $3.00 - $1.00 mc - $3 RR received = $1.00 moneymaker!
1-Colgate Total Advanced, $2.99 - $1.00 mc - $3 RR received = $1.01 moneymaker!
1-Schick Hydro Razor System, $8.99 - $2.00 mc - $6 RR received = $0.99!
3-Lollipops, $0.50 each ~so I'd have at least as many items as coupons. I plan to surprise the kids with these for dessert tonight!
1-Super Poligrip Free, $1.99 - $1.00 mc - $2 RR received = $1.01 moneymaker!
~Used three RRs (from prior trip), $9
= $4.47 + tax
~received 4 RRs, $14 value, to be used in next transaction
Transaction #2:
1-Baby Magic Body Wash, $3.00 - $3 RR received = FREE!
2-Trident 18 pc., $0.79 each (with in ad Q)
2-Benefiber 100 ct., $9.99 - $7/2 mc = $8.98 for two
2-Lindsay Olives, $99 each (with in ad Q) - $1/2 mc = $0.48 each
~Used four RRs (from transaction #1), $14

~received 1 RR, $3 value, to be used in next transaction
